  1. Ryle needs to find an offensive line, if you don't have a lane to run or time to throw, your toast, doesn't matter who the QB, WR, TE!
  2. The issues are not how many coaches are on sideline when their sons are playing. The real issue is the style of play that Ryle brings to the table. Ryle offense is call a spread offense, does that fit the team of players on the sideline? Game planning and halftime adjustments are very poor. O-line in my opinion was weak point this year. Passing game was nothing but throw the ball up and hope Ryle players cathes it. When you become one demensional in running the ball, due to no true QB in game it's easy to game plan and adjust. As seen in the last two games. Putting kids in position that they don't belong in don't help, trying to make the next Elliot does not work either. Defensive side of the ball, Ryles defense is old school, if no pressure then becomes easy to pass on, yes they had injuries that hurt secondary, but no adjustment to help that situation. Warner needs to get an OC who knows the game, and can also develop QB's ... this was at Ryle years ago, but now it seems Warner does not want to give up that control of the game, as we have seen the past three years it has not worked.
  3. What are these personal gains your talking about?
  4. Why does Warner need more time? The last three years 7-5, 3-8, 2-9 - What makes you think all will be good for the next few years? After 10+ years at a school, with no following or support for the program, blame game on past assistants, the buck stops at Warner. Change is good.
  5. Please share your list then.
  6. Over the last 3 years (including this year) only 39% winning record vs. Copper, Conner, SK, Boone, Dixie, Campbell County
  7. Ryles ship is no where close to being uprighted anytime soon.
  8. Another stellar game plan by Ryle coaching staff.
  9. raider ship has sunk
  10. This is what you get, when you have an inexperience OC, calling the shots. New leadership is required.
  11. When you have an OC - who has never called a play on offense in his coaching career, you get what you see on the field. You don't have to be "in the loop" "part of the loop" just watch the game and it becomes obivious.
  12. With a new staff, anything is possible ... with current staff = same as the last 3 years heading downward
