A blocked PAT to stay in the game? That is high drama for the freddies, I bet the place went nuts.

and it looks like Conner scored first in overtime, so they had to hold CCH on defense!

Starting long snapper left game earlier with injury. On the PAT, the starting kicker was moved to long snapper and they attempted PAT with backup kicker. Probably had a better shot just going for two. But, if "IFs and BUTs were candy and nuts, we'd all have a Merry Christmas." In the second OT, CCH player was stopped right at the goal line on 4th down. Bang bang call by officials as to whether he got in. He was ruled short - probably the correct call. Exciting game - congratulations to Conner! Two nice wins in a row.

Nice job, Cougars. Beating Highlands and CCH in consecutive weeks is noteworthy.

The Conner coaches must have played the "right" players in the "right" positions" for the "right" amount of playing time. Sarcasm implied.

Absolutely matters not at all to the thread nor the topic, but does CovCath's freddy team use soccer players as kickers, or do they have a full-time footballer kicking (and, was the back-up kicker another full-time footballer)?

Thanks.

What is Conner's record? That is a second loss for CCH I believe. Does anyone know who is playing for the big school title in the N. Ky. freshmen? It seems like there is no clear cut leading team in the freshman ranks this season as everyone is beating each other.

Ryle is clear cut leader. CC is the only team to give them a game so far. Ryle's next two games vs. CCH and Highlands

If there are two regular season games left, they can't play in a championship game - unless one of those games is going to be the championship game. Freshman season ends Oct. 30.

All football players. Starting K is one of the team's leading RBs and the backup K is the starting QB.

Actually Dixie heights did. They lost 28-24.
