If you look at several post of Mountain ref he has hinted at race in a post or two. He has also been called out on them. Travon Martin as well as the girl from Chicago was African American. I'm pretty sure that's what he was hinting at.

I'm not sure I totally agree with you on the GCL players. Usually, what I see are better teams in the GCL. When it comes to individual players, there are players from NKY area that are just as good. Summer ball is a great example.

It's hard to narrow it down to 5 in 9th region because there are a lot of good pitchers in region. I don't like talking about who's the best in this and that when it comes to kids. Some of these pitchers you are talking about have good stats because they have have good team defense and their team provides run support which dictates their wins and era. Also, I tend to look at the teams pitchers have thrown against.
