This summer I have been walking at least 4 Miles every day. I walk with the skinny lady across the street and my daughter (who is also a runner). They both walk very fast and I struggle to keep up. So it’s a pretty intense workout for me. Also—we often go at midday, the hottest time, so we are sweating!
Have to admit that it has become the highlight of my day. I feel great and the clothes are getting looser.
