  1. Tough early season matchup for both teams. I look for it to be a close one, won by Dixie. If Pike plays, I feel that the Colonels will have an advantage down low on Hodges/Robinson and the depth advantage over the Cougars. I think Liechty will be the x-factor in this one if he is able to get to the free-throw line. Dixie 69 Conner 64
  2. A.K.A the president of the organization, revolving mostly everything around his eldest son and is beginning the "reign' of revolving around his other son.
  3. This thread strayed way off topic, but i liked every bit of it.
  4. Wow! I could not have said it better myself. Thanks for that M.
  5. Like i said, it's not Coach Sanders necessarily. It is more of the way the president is taking the organization, basing it mainly around a certain person. If any of you are close to the organization by any means you know who I am talking about.
  6. Well finally we are on the same page about something.
  7. Where might this black eye be coming from? I believe the black eye is coming from the new president of the organization. He has rubbed many coaches, parents, and players wrong within the organization.
  8. What qualities does he posess that makes him a great coach?
  9. I am basing this factual statement off of accounts from previous and current players and parents. Why do you think the Bluegrass Organization has gone downhill? Why do you think everyone left and went to other teams, thus forcing Rob to replace them with younger players?
  10. I'm sure there would be just as many standng up against him as there would be standing up for him. You can take that to the bank.
  11. Burns looked solid in the scrimmage vs Oldham County on Saturday. Robinson appeared to shy away from the paint, settling for many outside shots. Hopefully his shoulder injury doesn't flare up during the season, that would be a major loss for the Cougars...
  12. If Clay Robinson can keep his shoulder healthy, he will be a dominating force in the paint for the cougars.
  13. If you are referring to his previous summer coach Rob Sanders I can personally attest to this being completely false. There are much better coaches out there and organizations that can help with getting the kids recognized by higher level schools and coaches. He is very self-centered and cares nothing about the kids. Bluegrass Baseball has diminished in talent and also the quality of coaching in the organization.
  14. We were both wrong. Rick graduated in '74, I got confirmation from the source himself.
  15. Although I would hate to see such a talented player as Sexton leave NKY, I'm glad to hear that there are coaches out there helping local players get to the "right place."
  16. Are you talking about the so called "talent" from the Ryle seniors last year...
  17. I wasn't asking for anyone that hasn't been said, but there are more seniors this year are there not? And I also wasn't talking about "respected schools" I was merely asking for top seniors that are from the respective schools in the 9th region, meaning the schools that are in the 9th region nothing specific
  18. Jeff Kremer from Highlands. Played QB and Safety in high school and went on to UK to play Linebacker and stands as the 3rd all-time leading tackler there i believe
  19. I'm quite new at this so i meani'm just trying to get insight on the top seniors in the area. Do you know of any more? i mean from the respected schools in the area...BC,Beechwwod, Ryle, Cooper, etc.....
  20. If you're focused on baskeball and football right now, why are you looking and posting on baseball threads? If you're going to partcipate in baseball threads then post about the sport, not about others being focoused on other sports...If I'm wrong please correct me.
  21. I'm asking everyone's opinion at this point, at least if you're going to reply, why not reply to th whole thing instead of bits and pieces?
