The "Brothern" have limited it before, mostly in 5-4 splits. This is a simple example of trying to limit citizens rights without proper legislative process. An amendment should be required to enact any type of additional limitations on firearms. The fact is that the side that is for gun legislation to be increased knows that you would never have that type of support. They have mostly left it a state issue. Obama will try to make it a national issue, which will fail. I look forward to watching the states that choose to pass this type of legislation reap its benefits with increased violent crime, something that has been proven to happen with gun control time and again.

I think this is ridiculous because the government is limiting the rights of citizents that are protected in the Constitution. New York, and the small number of states with identical ideals, will reap the benefits of their ignorance. Lets check out the violent crime rate of states like New York and Illinois vs. states like Texas, Kentucky, and Indianna.

Yes they do, and they get more money per disability. Some of the worse parents also make money by selling their kid's prescriptions.

I can't remember. What did the lawsuit find was said to the kid when he was complaining of being lightheaded? Was he told to stop and take off his helmet immediately? Was there a payout in the lawsuit? I do know that everyone I know that played for Tom Duffy didn't believe for a second that he was not responsible in any way. Of course, that is for the courts to find out, and Tom Duffy to know. I do think Duffer was on a raw end, but that is part of being a head coach. You are responsible. It doesn't matter what the temperature is, if a kid is showing sign of heat illness, he is supposed to stop activity immediately.

If I am not mistaken, he had just beat Beechwood and NCC in his second year as a coach. Therefore, I would say through results he had things going the correct direction on the field.

I am the same. Counld be a .45, .357, 9mm, .380, or 00buck. Personally, I prefer the 00 buck for home defense.
