If you are going to tell him about BW players, at least give him the good ones. The left tackle is 350 and going to OSU, the QB 6'6"- 245 and has an arm like Vick with better accuracy. BTW, the tailback is 6'1"=215 and runs a 4.3 40.
I love how the Mayfield faithful are trying to talk up someone else. After last years beat down at Mayfield, the Tigers will not want to see the Cards show up in Ft.Mitchell. That is if the slow and small Tigers can somehow get by Frankfort.
Keep underestimating their size, I can admit, I did. Very different team from what they look. You know the old saying, "can't judge a book by its cover".

The Birds will march past the Golden Eagles on their way to 20n10. The Neers will get on their tricycles and pedal back to Independence with yet another defeat and no championship. GO BIRDS!!!!!!
march is a little bold. birds better be ready for jude

I went to the game and St X impressed me very much. The receivers for X were huge and their defense impressed me a lot. St X had a few losses over the season, but played a very tough schedule, which was tougher than that of Colerain's, which could have made a huge difference. Congratulations X.

What Clyde meant was, as others agree, that there is a lack of depth in each class now, with 6 classes. Maybe a two handfulls in each class, but Clyde thinks that 1A there is only one handfull.
Beechwood, Mayfield, Frankfort, LCA, Hazard, and Pikeville all won handily last night. Anyone would have picked that at the beginning of the season. It's the same teams every year, with one or two others popping up every now and then.

This post shows little respect for JC. I understand respect is earnd but Cov Cath was beaten buy a very good team last night and if not for a few misfortunes could have won. I am still waiting to here from the Cov Cath fans that said that there is no way JC could run for that many yards against them and how THEY feal JC will do against HHS.
I agree, credit the best team for the win.

Coach Eviston either has great half time speeches or is very good at making adjustments - probably both. Who will challenge the Breds in 2A? I have been saying all year that this is one of the best NCC teams I have seen and they keep proving me right.
From what I've been hearing, the team to likely challenge them will be Murray or Owensboro Catholic, which I believe plays each other next week.

9 carriers 160 yards, 2 tds
1 catch 48 yards, 1 td
fumble recovery for td
Thank you.

I disagree. 1A has the least amount of competition.
obviously true in NKY, but not the rest of the state. Eastern and Western KY has a lot of Class A talent. I hope you didn't believe this when the NKY Class A district still contained Newport Catholic and Lloyd, which were both very good and when Dayton and Bellevue had good teams. Ludlow even put out a few good teams then.

Wow. Where is the game this week? That will be a huge crowd. How large a crowd?
Don't know but crowd will be biggest in NKY, especially since Cov Cath lost and since Highlands will be traveling to JC. Game is at Ryle, I would plan to get there early if you want a good seat. I'd say a lot from other teams will be at this game as well.

I guess I, as well as many others were not so aware of how good Frankfort is. Congratulations to Frankfort on the win and congratulations to WV on a good season.
-
Congratulations to the Breds for the win. Good luck next week against HC.
-
Perfect example of what turnovers can do to a game, definitely nothing significant between the total yardage differences. Congratulations LCA.
-
Overall, I believe that everyone can agree that SK's first two playoff opponents have been stronger.
-
Sounds like LCA deserves some respect too, they won very big over Raceland.
-
Congratulations JC, sounds like Highlands better be prepared. Good luck to both teams.
-
Not really. Maybe a little over-estimating of the Colonel run defense. Next week will be a different team and a different story.
I'm not so sure
-
Don't forget Hazard
I apologize, Hazard definitely deserves respect.

Wrong thread..
I thought that I saw Campbell was a cupcake for Ryle in this thread, which wasn't exactly necessary for this thread either.
-
Highlands D had better step it up for next week. JC's running back will shred them if the miss tackles like they have been all season. It may be time to put the best athletes on the field on both sides of the ball if the Birds plan to make it 4 in a row.

Not at all....should be a great game along with Highlands and JC.
Agree, both are likely the best games next week throughout KY.
-
I really hope the game does happen between Beechwood and Mayfield. I am pretty amped about SK and Ryle next week, but I believe that this one is going to be just as good.
-
Wow! can anyone in 1A stop the Tigers?
Guess we shall see
-
Just giving Ukfan a little of his own medicine.....should be a great game!
I should have figured, sorry if I came across as offensive.
-
Dont need it untill Trinity!
I hope that's a joke, SK is very good defensively.

Beechwood and Frankfort should be a very interesting game.
