Very deceiving score. This was a very competitive game.

66-54 Montgomery County with 2:30 left. Paris is just flat out of gas. A couple players walking up and down court. Really only remember one sub the whole game for them.

I dont know 24's name for Paris but he is a beast inside. Pruitt has carried Montgomery.

A quick 6-0 run by Paris cut the lead to 4. But Montgomery goes on a 7-0 run to push the lead back to 11.

Im trying Mrs. S but im at the game updating on my phone. Ha ha.

Late 10-5 run by Paris cut the lead to 8. A putback in the closing seconds of the third by Montgomery has them ahead by ten 53-43 at the end of the third quarter.

16-3 run to start the third by Montgomery has them ahead 46-33 with 2:47 left in the third qtr.

30-30 tie at halftime. Paris held a 3 point lead most of the Second quarter. A late run in the final minute by Montgomery evened the score at halftime.

No dog in this fight. But Grc was ridiculed for canceling and not rescheduling the Mason Co. game. They were "dodging" Mason even though they rescheduled Scott County after the orginal game was postponed. But in reality unless it is a district game its really not a big deal records wise. The dissapointment is from the fact of not getting a shot at a highly ranked team. I hope Franklin can make it to Winchester tomorrow. I enjoy watching them play and respect their program. But as I said in the thread about the Mason-Clark game the safety of the players and coaches traveling comes first.

Why are they being mentioned in a thread about Mason County playing Harrison County??? To the comment that the runner-up in the 40th poses no threat, I would not sleep on Montgomery County.

If you want recognition then you have to play a schedule that earns it. For ex. Male twice, Trinity, Seneca, Eastern, Scott Co., Lex Cath, Mason Co., Lafayette, and Ballard. I left a couple out. No matter the outcomes you will garner attention because these are some of the best programs in the state. By the way Clark County has all of these teams on their schedule. I fully believe if Corbin would put half of the teams on this list on the schedule and do well against them, win or lose, they would get more recognition.

The George Rogers Clark High School basketball team lives in WINCHESTER not Maysville. Matter of fact you guys come down here to Winchester and we'll play. News flash Grc wasnt healthy for either of the two games last year so why did they play???? Are you kidding me with this they cancelled because Robbie is hurt talk??? Dont worry Grc will get up to ole Maysville the first week in March!!

Wow!! Or maybe the fact that there is supposed to be sleet and snow and a couple inches of ice between Winchester and Maysville tonight. You might not care about that but the parents of the kids who have to travel to Maysville to play in this unimportant game do.

I dont believe that they all hate her. But the ones that dislike her only feel that way because she is like Howard Cossell. She tells it like it is. As somebody who is lucky to know her personally I can tell you that this lady knows her stuff especially when it comes to basketball and football. I wouldnt want to play Grc after their performance last night. I have a feeling that the team we saw last night wont make the trip to the great Fieldhouse Friday. Believe that practice wont be too fun the next two days. Im not gonna make any excuses about Robbie being out. Though they are a much better team with him and need him to achieve the goals that were set, they can still win this game with out him. I hope he can go. Really like watching the kid play. I hope both teams bring their A game.
