The Reds tie it at 2 in the top of 6th after an infield single by Stewart then Suarez hits a 2-run homer.

The Nationals pickup 2-runs in the bottom of the 3rd and jump out on Burns and the Reds 2-0 after 3 innings.

The Broncos of Frederick Douglass will head down to Louisville for their annual preseason scrimmage with the Tigers of St. X. The game is scheduled for this Friday at 7:00pm. Both the Broncos and Tigers will be vying to compete for the 6A Title. I am not sure if it will be a straight scrimmage with 3 quarters or just a practice session. In the past they have played 3 varsity quarters then reserves in the 4th quarter. I hope so that way we can see how both teams stack up. I hope the scrimmage will be streamed. Best of luck to both teams.

Reds and Nationals game is delayed by weather.

Hunter Greene is going to be having surgery it will be right elbow surgery. Sad.

Reds are calling tonight's game with the Nationals as a bullpen game. Take the over. lol

With the win yesterday the Reds moved out of the cellar in the N.L. Central and our 4 games out of the final Wildcard spot.

Douglass looked good still early a positive the offense so far looks a good bit better than last year’s. The line is a lot bigger as well. Next week will be a more telling look with the scrimmage at St. X next Friday.

True but they were 43-52 on July 12th so they have gone 12-6 and are just 3 games under .500. Plus, they are playing some better hitting is still not very good have been getting some timely hitting, and the pitching has slightly improved.

The Reds have now won 5 out of 6 series since the All-Star break.

My goodness first and second and nobody out and have a lefty vs. lefty and Tito does not bunt and Beday strikes out on 3 pitches. Just terrible especially when you hit like the Reds do! Plus, with the Stephenson deep fly to right it would have been tied. The Reds are just lucky they wild pitched the tying run in.

I just saw on First Take on ESPN they are reporting that the Red Sox's have reached out to the Reds about trading for SS Elly De La Cruz.

The Kentucky alumni fall one game short today losing to Davis Steel 67-59. Davis Steel never trailed in the game and took the 2 million dollar prize.

The Dragons of South Oldham will come to "The Farm" this Friday at 6:00pm. It will be interesting to see what the Broncos look like before their scrimmage on the 14th at St. X.
