Just saw part of a video of the final play. Awful defense by Moco on the play. Ash ford runs right down the middle of the floor and no one picked him up. Perfect pass made for his layup.

Girls/ Boys sweep GRC tonight!

I agree. You play with what you have and if you win, you win. If you lose, you lose! But what you said in bold does not make sense. Sure the shots taken by Jones were probably taken by someone else, BUT WERE THEY MADE? And I am sure that rebounds that Jones would have gotten were rebounded by someone else, BUT WAS IT A MONTGOMERY COUNTY someone else! According to KHSAA stats, Scott was averaging 26 rebounds per game and finished with 29 in this game. Montgomery County was averaging 30 rebounds per game and only got 26. Alot of "ifs". Good win for Scott and learning experience for Montgomery County. Whether it is injuries, foul trouble, etc., they have to learn to win with what the game gives them!

We will see what happens. Montgomery County still has: 1/29 @ GRC 2/2 @ Bourbon 2/5 Paris 2/10 @ Mason County 2/12 Pendleton County 2/17 Nicholas County 2/19 @ Harrison County They also have games at home 1/30 against Madison Southern and 2/9 against Menifee. Seven of the final nine games are against 10th region foes. We will see what happens. They have not won since beating GRC on 1/15.
