Double and triple teamed every play. Started on a defense that included 6 freshmen. Not alot of help. -Looks to be close to 300lbs after winter lifting season. Wants to have his squat around close to 600(parallel), and both his clean numbers over 300. Wants to get his 40 time around 5.0.

Bath's varsity stayed in the whole game. I questioned that decision. I would have took them out early in the 3rd quarter. Leslie got the ball and went straight down and scored. Then the wheels fell off. Leslie Co. may have the worst secondary in all of high school football. Randen Collett (#61) had his usual game. He was all over the field. Too bad he couldn't play corner or safety. Bath has a real stud and a leader in Metz (#3). They played hard the whole night. Something I think Leslie has lacked for some years now. The quarterback was also an excellent athlete. Good Luck next week against Corbin.

Leslie has more than 20 playoff appearances. They've made the playoffs every year since 1990. And I know they had more than 2 playoff appearances before that. Lelsie Schedule has dictated their record. They haven't played Betsy Lane, South Floyd, or some push over Virginia team. They've played as hard of a schedule as anyone in the mountains. Randen Collett ( 6'2 275 DT JR.)#61 Leslie Co.- Randen draws double and triple teams every game, and like a post says above, is the standout on any film. Over 60 tackles and 20 TFL's on the year from the DT spot where you're getting doubled every play, on a team with no other playmakers, against all 5A and 4A competition. He definitely needs to be considered.

Leslie - Bell HA HA!!!! Its scary enough going down straight creek on Halloween. Imagine going down straight creek to play Bell Co. on Halloween!!!? That's really SPOOKY!!!!

I can predict a fight, thats for sure. There will be a brawl, due to the outcome of last years game.

I think the KHSAA should browse this over. This is what classes are for. You can play up if you want, but you can't play down. So,they should be moved up.

This game is the definition of a "slobber knocker" for sure.

Man, that would make the Bell people happy. But seriously, are they gonna leave them in 2A? It would be a merger situation, without a merger. IE: Mercer Co./ Harlan Co.

I just read it on another site. I just put it on here to get clarification, because I know theres alot of Corbin supporters on this site. I was just trying to find out if it was accurate. I can see it, though. That place is BOOMING right now. I'm like you, though. I'd like to see the current enrollment numbers.

Saw on another site that Corbin's enrollment is way higher than what 2A is supposed to be. Said they had a high 3A enrollment right now, and would have close to 1000 students by 2010. Anyone else hear this?
