Holmes has really surprised me tonight. I really thought LC would play better then this. Great job to the Bulldogs.

I dont know about SOME Elliott fans, but most of us think SV is a great team. As far as SV "whipping," us, I dont qualify a 3 point victory as a whipping. It was a loss and we reconize that. However, I think EC has a much better team then they did Feb 1. You are right, this should be a dandy of a game, and I dont believe our players will take this game lightly. They are really wanting SV again and I think they will give SV all they have. If SV wins they will have fairly beaten a very determined EC. And I am not trying to attack you or anything, I see where you come from when you make your points. However I dont think the majority of fans overlook SV. But like you I hope EC gets their revenge, and survives tonight. Either way it will be a great game. IMO this is the most anticipated game of the tourny so far. (I might be a little biased on that because I am an Elliott fan) :thumb:a

I dont think they were in the top 25 this year, though I could be wrong. I know KHSAA has their record at 18-14.

I guess records and rankings are truly thrown out the window this time of year. Many brackets have been busted due to this one, including my own. I said it in the update forum, but this side of the bracket is just as wide open as the other.
