I just said a prayer asking for the Panthers to hit 10 three-pointers in each Quarter tonight. I still don't know if that will help though. Either way, Augusta is earning a well deserving respect in the district as this is their 3rd straight trip to the region regardless of tonights outcome. They'll get through tonight and will look forward to getting a good draw in the region. I think I speak for all augusta fans when I say, we are proud and it will feel good showing off our Panther Pride in the next few games! Good Luck!

Augusta is coming off of two heartbreaking losses. Who better to take their frustrations out on than in-county rival Bracken Co? I see Atown shooting the lights out of the Panther Den and playing a physical game in the post. Atown by 14

I just saw where Newport beat Lloyd Memorial by 17 & Augusta lost to Lloyd Memorial by 7. That's the only team they have both played this season....

I don't know much about this Newport team other than the fact that they are 9-10. How will Augusta match up?

Heart breaking loss for the Panthers but certainly nothing to be ashamed about. Great 4th quarter comeback from the Saints, I wish this game would have never ended. I could watch them battle for days, playing the way these two teams were! I hope there is a 5th game!

Yes and it always makes for great games but after the 4th or 5th time there isn't anything new to see! They have to make up new plays every week. HAHA

That they are! I expect them to finish with at least 13 wins...possibly 15. That may not sound like a big deal for some schools but just getting ten wins can be a challenge when you are as small as Augusta. Keep up the good work guys!

These teams are very familliar with each other as this will be their 4th meeting this season. Will the outcome be any different for the Panthers in this one at home or is the Anderson/Owens duo just too much? Crazier things have happend at the Panther's Den....expect a good fight.

I agree, a real class act. Pride is just one of many qualities Coach Kelsch instills in his players at Augusta. Congrats to Shooty and all others who received the honors!
