Panthers by 8 to 12 points. History says this is always a good game and you can't beat those in-county rivalries!

Augusta is coming off of two heartbreaking losses. Who better to take their frustrations out on than in-county rival Bracken Co? I see Atown shooting the lights out of the Panther Den and playing a physical game in the post.

The crosstown shootout - Bracken county style. One of the reasons I love High School basketball. For anybody that has never experienced a game in the Panther Den : Do yourself a huge favor. Go through your couch cushions ( there is probably enough change in there to get in - 3 bucks, cheapest admission in the region ), leave home early - parking will be at a premium . And treat yourself to one of the best places there is to watch high school basketball. Oh yeah, prediction : I bleed bracken blue but gonna have to go with the panthers tonight. Just think the experience of Augusta vs. the youth of Bracken will be a big factor tonight. I think Augusta by 10-12.

One of those "throw out the records" games, but Augusta has the horses this year and it's at the Den. I'll say Augusta 78, Bracken County 59.

I'm going to say the panthers will win by 10+ because they have been in close games all season. There's no better time for them to turn up their tempo than against the Polar Bears.
