Mrs. S tried the new Publix shop and delivery service. Between the service fee ($16.75), delivery fee ($10.00, though it was free for the first order.), and delays, it's not worth it. She placed her order at 1 this afternoon. It was suppose to get here between 3 and 3:30. It just now was delivered (7 PM).

At Tulane a couple of weeks ago, the USF fans cleaned out all of the Yuengling the stadium had by the first few minutes of the 3rd quarter. The beer vendor said that was the first time they'd ever run out Yuengling. I told him to know his opponents. The brewery, where those tallboys he was was selling were brewed, is a block from the USF campus.

Orlando After 110 minutes of scoreless play, USF beat #8 UCF 5-3 in penalty kicks to win the America Athletic Conference Tournament Championship and it's automatic bid in the NCAA Tourney. CINCINNATI – University of Cincinnati men's soccer dropped a 2-1 overtime decision to the UCF Knights on Senior Night Saturday at Gettler Stadium. With the loss, the Bearcats ended the 2017 season at 7-9-1 overall and 0-7-0 in the tough American Athletic Conference. Strong/Gilbert allowed Q to be Q, yesterday, and the result was Quinton Flowers setting a new school record with 516 yards of total offense. Q was 24/37 for 385 yards, 3 TDs. and 1 int. He also had 16 rushes for 131 yards. Gilbert had the WRs running post routes, utilizing the TEs, and Charlie was letting him do it. They hold their fate in their hands. I still don't think these guys can get by UCF, though. Still a great season.

Watched this with my kids over in Apopka, yesterday. My daughter-in-law is a UF grad. According to the announcers, Shannon's method to motivate the seniors, last week, was to get them to play for the highlight reels and NFL scouts, not for the team. The rest of the team has nothing to play for, now, and boy was that ever evident.

Randy Shannon's debut as interim head coach and Malik Zaire's first start at QB. Zaire was 13/19 passing for 158 yards, no TDs, 1 interception. Florida managed just 3 field goals with him at the helm. Feleipe Franks came in for the 4th quarter and got the Gator's loan TD against the Mizzu 2nd string.
