  1. Please post updates in this thread. If you have a link to any broadcast of this game you can post it in this thread (and the other update threads on the site) but no other posts are allowed in update threads until it is game time.
  2. RTS and I will be there tonight for the game vs Ottawa. Leaving for Columbus here in a couple of hours.
  3. Mrs. S is starting to come down with something, so I needed to go out and get some cold stuff for her. I went to Walgreens, but it was closed. That left Walmart. I dreaded going there. A couple of years ago, I went to one in Oldsmar (FL) when they opened late Thanksgiving night. It was a an absolute zoo. We had a heck of a time finding parking place. The lines to the registers were up every isle and stretched to the back of the store. I can't remember why I went there, but I left without getting what I wanted. Mrs. S needed her Nyquil, so I went to the Walmart on Princeton Road in Hamilton. This is near where we are staying. I was shocked. The place was not as busy as it would be on a normal Saturday. Walked right in, got the Nyquil and self checked out. I wasn't in there 10 minutes, if that. If this is any indication of how the shopping is going to go this holiday season, it does not bode well for retailers this year.
  4. Forgot one. Saturday night we met my Mom's side of the family at the Stone Hearth in Elizabethtown. The ribeye I had was excellent.
  5. Sunday, I had a Hoosier Pork Tenderloin sandwich at the Upland Brewery Co. in Bloomington. Mrs. S had the fish and chips. Monday, I had the Spicy Breakfast Burrito and Mrs. S had corned beef hash and eggs at Rosie's Place in downtown Noblesville, IN. Last night, I had the Louisiana Sirloin at O'Charley's in Hamilton. Mrs. S had Cajun Chicken and Pasta. It was really good. They closed all of the O'Charley's back home (Tampa Bay). They were always busy when we went in the one on US19 in Palm Harbor.
  6. Last Sunday, before the USF/IU game, I had a Bad Elmer's Porter at the Upland Brewery Co. Very good.
  7. It was a good game for 32 minutes. USF led 34-33 at the half. With 8 minutes to go and the Bulls down 4, IU went into a zone. USF completely abandoned their game plan and started throwing up threes. That was that.
  8. Loved what I saw of the campus. We ate at Upland Brewery. First tenderloin sandwich I've had in 35 years. I'll do a final score thread about the game itself.
