  1. #12 Chris Muse the QB for Pulaski CO. He has got a great arm, and the kid is fast as well..I think he is close to 2000 rushing yards, and over that for passing...
  2. GO GCHS!!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK GUYS!! :dancingpa:dancingpa:dancingpa
  3. Pulaski Co. has been putting a lot into theirs, and I think it is going to be top notch when its done.
  4. I think it will be a close game, but I will go with Mercer Co.
  5. Maybe you should reread what was wrote..... I was in no way trying to be nasty or direspectfull to anyone..There are a lot of boys that read these post, and to say the "Jumpers play a bunch of nobodies" well I felt that was not right, and over the top...I'm sorry if it offended you, and I will not respond to the rest of your post, because it is not worth arguing over.....:irked:
  6. I've not seen SC play this year, but LC is playing great football. The defense is hard hitting, and the offense spreads the ball around, so you got to watch them close..I'll say Lincoln by one TD....
  7. Bronco good luck to your team!! IMO it sounds like you have a great bunch of coaches that are doing a good job... I guess I have a lot to learn here on BGP, but I'm looking forward to it.....:thumb:
  8. Maroon Fan I'll just say this "think what ever you want, because your just going to twist everything around anyway, and it doesn't matter what it is about" Everyone has a right to how they feel, and that includes parents, and players, but that doesn't mean they are trying to tear the team apart..Come on, get real!! PC is doing a great job this year, and I'm sure they will do well over the next few years as well....
  9. I never said the parents were complaining about playing time..As far as I know none of the parents I have spoke with have ever said anything to a coach about thier son at all.....Everyone is glad PC is winning games.....There are some kids that do complain to the parents about not playing in games, or maybe playing very little, and I'm not just saying the Varsity boys.. And as far as letting the coaches do their job I don't see anyone stopping them parents and players are intitled to how they feel, and if it were my son I would feel the same way they do, because I do have a player on this team.....IMO it is great to win, but at what price? I know of 2 players who have quit within a week, and I won't given reason or names, but at what price is winning worth?
  10. Maroon Fan, first of all I never said put them back on JV, I said "Let the ones who don't start play some JV games for the experience" and there are a lot of players who have seen very little play time...As far as plenty of play time experience for the 5,maybe you should talk with a couple of these boys because I know a few that would disagree with you... Not to be rude but, there are some parents out there that are not real pleased and feel a lot of these boys are being over looked..This team has plenty of talent, and IMO, and some others they should start using more of it....
  11. Sorry Maroon Fan, but R.C. does not start corner, he spots for #80 and #12..I now the family and young man very well.. But I do agree that no one would want to take a risk with a starter just for a JV game....I still feel that you shouldn't waste the whole season with an athlete like White..IMO they should have let him play JV for the experience..He is fast, and has got great hands.... They should make sure these younger boys get as much play time as possible before they get to the Varsity leval...:thumb:
  12. #24 and #82 do not start, so why don't they allow them to play JV? #11 gets ALOT of playing time, but he plays JV...IMO it depends on the coach, and who he wants to play..The thing is why not play some of your younger Varsity players for the practice?? I don't see where MC was trying to deceive PC with other players. IMO more coaches should keep there nonstarters playing to get the experiance.....
  13. I would have to agree with Bronco....IMO some of the PC players that are on Varsity don't get a lot of playing time, so why not let them play for the JV team... #24 last year scored 9 TD for the freshman and JV teams, and this year he has none, and hardly plays WR...IMO he could be getting a lot more experience if he played both..I have heard he is going to be the best WR they have next year, so its kind of a waste to keep him on the side lines all this year. I know he is a good CB also, but he don't get to play a lot there in Varsity games ethier.
  14. Good luck Jumpers...Go out there and give it your all, like you always do...Who knows what might happen, and Maroonmadness you don't see anyone calling your boys on the sidelines a "bunch of nobodies" To watch you play you would think the team is made up of #2 and #12  So regardless of talent or someones name show some respect for these kids!!
  15. congrats to the Patriots!! Pulaski did not seem to be playing well at all...LC defense was just like everyone thought they would be, I really thought Hines would have had PC ready for that, but guess not.....Keep on striving Maroons you still have a lot of talent on the field, and some talent that doesn't play that much!! Maybe you will get them next time.
  16. I would have to agree with SLINK it is going to fall on the defense for this game..Both teams are playing really well... Good luck maroons!!
  17. Thanks , I will contact them, and we are renting, and have been looking for a bigger place for about a year that is with in our budget in this area, but so far nothing has surfaced for us. I hate to move my son schools, but will not have a choice, and I would hate to think he couldn't play football if I did move him.
  18. after reading all this i am concerned.. A friend of ours has a house in another county that will be ready for us to rent in May, and it means my son will have to change schools in 2008 does that mean he will not be able to play football for them because he played varsity where we are now?
  19. I think PC is a very talented team, and could win this one, but coach Hines needs to play the field more. I don't think his running game of Muse and Hines is going to get it done with LC defense. He has other talented players he can and should use. I was at the Mercer game and they barely won that one, because they played the same runs over and over, and were getting no where. I wish them the best, and hope they are really ready for the fight LC is going to give them.
