It sounds to me like those in charge "Washed their Hands" and allowed others to do the dirty work. It's much easier to deny when you aren't directly involved in the indescretion. But like anything else in life, if you are a leader and rules are violated you need to be held accountable.

And, why should you have to risk an injury of a starter because the opposing coach waited to press your 3rd team.

While the bench "MIGHT" get some good quality time on the floor, most of the time it's all about making the score look better. I believe it's cheap and unproductive to leave your starters in just to make the score look better in the papers. Everyone looks at the line scores anyway. Very seldom does either team get anything out of it. It's painful to coach, play, referee, and watch those kind of 4th quarters.

Anyone know what will happen if the parents don't pay back the "Athletic/educational $$$$" they received?

Very naive to think that it's all about getting minorities in the classroom and not the athletic playing field. If a school recruits, public or private it is wrong. Scholarships are used as a way to get athletes into private schools.

It did look like Montgomery Co. was shocked that Paris didn't just lay down for them in the second half. The Lady Indians did not match Paris' intensity. They did watch as M. Prewitt saved them from a district loss.
