Having someone that 1) has been around the program before and 2) knows it’s an uphill battle will be very beneficial IMO. I think some of the past hires were told what kind of situation the program was in, but didn’t REALLY grasp it until the season started.

The BOE does somethings that just doesn’t make sense to those from the outside looking in.

Epic collapse. Second one against your biggest rival. Couldn’t move the ball in the second half. Defense gassed because they were on the field constantly. Special teams STILL a disaster after a decade! Inexcusable. Since MLF has been the HC I’ve watched that game play out at least 5 times. Out coached. Needs to go.
