Walter Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 Dontel Rice as the top selection just further proves my statement that no way he's the third or even fourth best player in this region. Kid has been Mr Consistency,.constantly putting up double doubles and being at or near 20 ppg in doing so. Regardless of what happens in region, he is my POY. Obviously if Dixie gets back to Rupp though, Hatton is just as deserving. Congrats to everyone who will be honored.
statman Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 Congratulations to all who made this list, especially to Jake and Tony for their individual awards, well deserved.
Clyde Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 Some are saying Bray should get some D1 looks due to his athletic ability yet he doesn't make a D2 team. Was he overlooked?

Sandman Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Some are saying Bray should get some D1 looks due to his athletic ability yet he doesn't make a D2 team. Was he overlooked? Absolutely not. What are his numbers? Or more importantly, how many minutes a game did he average? He sat a lot.
TAC Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Congrats to all of the young men! Lot's of talent on that list and a few we get to see again next year.
statman Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Congrats to all of the young men! Lot's of talent on that list and a few we get to see again next year. Returning from that list: Beuter Campbell Coston McClendon Meiman Saunders
Walter Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Returning from that list: Beuter Campbell Coston McClendon Meiman Saunders Really think Quan Palmer of Holmes is another who could've been on the list. Some solid talent returning next year.
Clyde Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Really think Quan Palmer of Holmes is another who could've been on the list. Agreed. He'd be my #1 PG on this team.
Walter Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Agreed. He'd be my #1 PG on this team. Top pg in the region next year? Or does that honor go to Fox?
Clyde Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Top pg in the region next year? Or does that honor go to Fox? Is Ruthsatz moving?
Walter Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Is Ruthsatz moving? I still take Palmer. Much quicker and better defender. Ruthsatz is the better shooter but I'd take Palmer in every other category.
Clyde Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 I still take Palmer. Much quicker and better defender. Ruthsatz is the better shooter but I'd take Palmer in every other category. I'm taking Nick R for all-around game. I'd like to have Palmer along side of him. That would be fun.
