Saw the 9th region have a thread on this and thought I would start one for the 10th region.

 

Below is a list of the teams that will be advancing to the 10th region tourney.

 

How would you rank them, possible matchups ect.

 

 

38th district will be Pendleton County vs Deming

39th district will be Mason County vs Augusta

40th district will be Montgomery County vs GRC

37th district will be Scott vs Campbell Co

 

I feel that Pendleton Co and Mason Co will win their district. 39th and 40th district, either team could win.

I almost agree just have Pend/Campbell Co switched!

you omitted Pendleton from your rankings... they could go anywhere from 3-6 IMO.

Just out of curiosity. Why are the Eagles not receiving any love. They beat teams 3,4 and Pendelton on your list. All on their floor. I realize we played poorly in the middle of the season and really laid an egg against GRC but the kids have looked really solid in the last 9 games. In fact, they have won 8 out of last 10 and should have won 9 but couldn't close a game with a 13 point lead with two minutes to go. They play a difficult schedule so I'm just curious with everyone rankings. Is it because we don't see each team play? Are we subconsciously picking our favorites? I guess I'm just glad we get to lace it up and play. Otherwise we would never stand a chance. I hope everyone ranks Scott last in the region. They really aren't much so make sure you spread the word and tell everyone its cup cake city. LOL.... I'll take a W any way I can get it. Would love to see this program just break thru one time and go to Rupp and the 10th may have a monster on their hands with Coach Carr.

When is the 10th region draw for the tournament?

Saturday at Harrison Co.

With Augusta's showing tonight may have to move them up and Mason Co down.

39th district: Mason County, winner Augusta runner-up.

40th district: GRC winner, Montgomery Co runner-up.

37th district: Campbell Co winner, Scott runnerup

38th district: Pendleton County winner, Deming runnerup

39th district: Mason County winner, Augusta runnerup

40th district; GRC winner, Montgomery Co runnerup

 

The draw is tomorrow at Harrison Co. A winner must draw a runner up and teams from the same district must be in opposite bracketts. Will be interesting to see how the draw goes tomorrow.

The Eagles couldn't make happen in the district, they have had a good year over all. The Camels don't get much love either. It's a much tougher road from here on out coming out of the losers bracket. Much depends on the draw now!

Not to offensive but have not seen this region be this week since SK joined the 8th. Seems like GRC is sitting in the drivers seat.
