It's a "when discovered" T. Some require that you discover it prior to tip. This one doesn't.

Home School should have contacted the High School Athletic Association and asked for a waiver of the uniform rule to do this. Im sure it would have been granted with little to no todo about it. Seems as if the administration at the home school dropped the ball.
