^It was Alabama and it was Green, a Senior.

Thanks I couldn't remember. OSU would be a tough matchup for us IMO. They are physical, can play good defense especially with Craft on the point, and they can also shoot the three pretty decent. Davis is a great shot blocker, but with how strong Sully is and how well he uses his body. I think Sully would be able to get shots off, which is why I think it could be better to have Jones on him. This way Davis could be free to help out.

Ohio State would have a terrible time trying to score on UK. I feel very confident that if UK and Ohio State played 10 times on a neutral court UK would win 9 of them. It only takes one come March, but I just don't see anyway they beat UK. :idunno:

What about Cuse? They scare me.

Ohio State scares me WAY WAY more than Cuse. I've watched them play multiple times and just don't see an elite team. UK is much better at C, much better at PF, much better at SF, and equal in the backcourt. Cuse doesn't know the meaning of the word rebound, and is a pretty mediocre shooting team.

I'll take your word for it, because I've only seen Cuse once & they impressed me. The zone is really what gets me, not to mention that they're Big East. Cal's two tourney exits at UK have been at the hands of Big East teams.

Ohio State is concerning for me because of Craft and what he might be able to do defensively to disrupt Teague. I think UK's recent resurgence can be correlated to Teague's improvement.

The big thing with Cuse is they have a terrible half-court offense. If you don't turn the ball over and keep them from getting on the break, they just aren't elite. It's why G'town was able to nearly pull off the upset last night (and they would've if the officials weren't in Cuse's back pocket). They didn't turn it over.

I just don't think Cuse is that amazing when they are outside the Carrier Dome. I know ND is a tough place to play, but they just aren't a team that I would picture an elite team losing to. I couldn't see UNC, UK, tOSU, or KU losing to them in South Bend. Just can't see it.

Also, if we are just looking for 1 first rounder per team, add Kansas, UCONN, Mizzou, WVU, Sparty, and I think IU.

I guess we are going to agree to disagree. I love UK's defense and everything they bring to the time. But terrible time? I very much disagree.

Every team in the country is going to have a tough time scoring on UK, however Ohio State is a team that can score inside and out. They have guys down low who can score, and guys outside like Buford who can shoot. I definitely agree that UK is the better team, however they are North Carolina are two teams I would rather UK not see in the tournament.

Two years ago I thought there were three teams that were clearly a notch above the rest. I'd have taken UK, Syracuse and Kansas against the field in the 2010 tournament. None of the three made it to the Final Four.

Once again, I'd take your teams against the field, but you just never know. Other than UK, I don't view any of the other teams on this year's list as good as the ones in 2010 both overall and relative to the competition.

I have made this point many times on here. If you want to find the NCAA champion, you can narrow it down by first looking at teams with NBA 1st round draft picks.

Hope you are speaking in generalities...I have one counter point and I would bet there are others...1987 Indiana had zero NBA 1st Round draft picks. Only four players off of that roster were even drafted by the NBA.
