I ran across Owen County's stats, but couldn't find Walton Verona's. They are as followed:

 

The Rebels were led by tournament MVP Sawyer Williams with 17 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals.

Junior Zach Ripy added 16 points and 2 assists.

Senior Stone Osborne finished with 12 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals.

8th Grader Carson Williams added 10 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 steals.

Sawyer Williams-MVP, Stone Osborne, Zach Ripy, and Carson Williams were all named to the tournament team.

I ran across Owen County's stats, but couldn't find Walton Verona's.

 

I heard that Hargett had 20, Moeves had 18 and McNeil with 18. That leaves 2 pts unaccounted.

Also, heard that Kinmon is no longer with the team and back at Grant County (school only). Not positive on this. Sorry to hear that things didn't work out for him and didn't play his full senior year.

Do you know how many foul shots McNeil attempted/made? I never saw a player draw so many fouls. Not sure I agreed with all of them. It seemed like he got by with lowering his shoulder into the defense which is something a big can't get by with much. It is a shame the way things worked out for Kinmon. No one should spend his senior year going back and forth between schools.

Don't know the reasoning for Kinmon leaving but it will hurt. Terrific defensive player. Agree about McNeil, pushes off quite a bit and gets away with it. Believe Hatton does a lot of the same stuff, but hey if you can get away with it....

Yea my mistake.....:popcorn: WV will not be there anyhow. Good luck Owen Co. represent the 8th! Have never been to the All A, usually just go to the "Sweet Sixteen". Seen some great games over the years. Trivia question: When was the last time the boys at Walton made the state tournament.:popcorn: Know they had some good teams in the 80's when they were still in the 9th region and the monster 33 district. Any Walton people know?
