I was going to say that I thought both games counted back when I played, seems like forever ago. I know we already have the answer, but there would be no point in playing each team twice if only one counted.

The only thing I would not enjoy about playing teams twice is possibly having to beat a team 3 times to win the championship, hard thing to do but I guess that's what would make the tournament more entertaining.

Isn't Heritage in this district also? I assume they treat Heritage differently when it comes to seeding since none of the big schools even play Heritage during the season.

I agree. I wish all the districts were like this but unfortunately not all the teams in other districts are as competitive. But I still wish all the districts would seed.

Agree it would be great all the way around. It would assure that two good and deserving teams make it to the Regional and would thus make the Regional tournament better too. No cupcake games.
