February 28, 201214 yr Like I said, he's the 3rd option. And as of today he's averaging 16 pts, 12 rebs and 2 blocks. Howard is at 20, 15 and 2.7. Give Bynum the whole paint and watch him work. I'll admit I have always thought Howard was overrated. I think Bynum is underused and underrated. I'd love to see him without Pau. Health is an issue which is why I say he'd be cheaper. He's been a lot better recently. I'll admit I like Howard a ton. I am, obviously, not as sold on Bynum. The other piece, for me, is that 2013 draft class at the top. I really think you have 5 potential game changers that you can build a title around. Go get Howard help- I think there are deals to be made for Orlando. That is the best option, IMO.

They are at 40 Mil for next year with 8 Mil team option on Odom that will be turned down. That is with only Dirk on the books. So assume at least 15/year ( I'm not sure what Howard and Williams can get, 15 is probably a bit conservative) for those other 3. That's 40+45 and that has them at 85 with literally no bench. 85M puts them 14M over what they currently are. I don't see that happening.

February 28, 201214 yr I wouldn't be surprised if Dirk retires after this year or next. He's already admitted he has no drive anymore. Shoot, he got a pass from the media for admitting he was out of shape because he didn't get to celebrate his championship enough. I'll give him 2 more years tops.

Fouling a guy that hard because he fouled you in an All-Star game? Seriously, I thought LeBron was the only guy in South Beach that needed to grow up.
