It is, and I don't want to take anything away from their win but I don't think Bryan Station has Jaylen Beckham yet. If he played and Station still lost then this is a huge win for Woodford County.

Without Beckham playing I still think this is a big win for Woodford. Station still has at least one big name player in Morton while Woodford really has no other standout player other than Johnson, IMO this is a very nice win for Woodford. Woodford continues to look impressive on the Defensive end of the floor!

The Greenhill kid from Woodford is a very nice looking player, very under-rated IMO!

He went to the prep schools in NJ and WV last year, then came back to Bryan Station -- I think in January. I saw in various newspaper reports they thought he might be able to gain eligibility in January. Totally a guess, but I bet that would coincide with him being back at Bryan Station for a year since the transfer rule forces you to sit out a year without a legitimate transfer -- changes of address and logical reason. Of course, he also went to a different WV school earlier this year for a very short period of time because that school was found to be a fraud. Not sure how they plays in.

Mr. Basketball Classic with the 2 Mr. Basketball candidates not playing...

 

Great win for Coach Hundley. If they get Johnson in January they could make a lot of noise in March.
