Coach Baldridge last coached at Rowan Co and retired a few years ago with health problems. He would be a little over 65 now but I have no idea where he is. He had a grandson on Rowan Co team when he retired and he may still live in Morehead. He won a state championship at Bellevue in the late 70s and has coached at a handful of other schools over the years. I know he coached at Greenup Co and Harrodsburg and I think he may have been at Bath Co too, but I'm not sure of that one.

When at Bellevue in the late 70s, Baldrige ruffled some feathers when he refused to swap game film with Fort Campbell before the state finals. Didn't matter much as FC won handily the next week.

I played for Coach Baldridge at Morehead State University in 1988, he was a great guy and more of a better person.....He helped me through a tough time when my father passed away suddenly while I was a freshman at Morehead.. Coach did not have to do some of the things that he done for my family and me, but he did it out of the kindness of his heart and for that, I will always be very fond of him........
