No one ever said he did. Back tracking a bit? You repeatedly called his arm weak.

 

It's not strong. I'd say below average is more fair than weak.

I don't think they can overturn that, but the ball touching the ground worries me.

If you look this long its not conclusive.

Call reversed on that garbage completing the catch rule.
