winning the district is quite a stretch, but building a solid program and winning some games is something I believe Mr Brown will be able to do in the near future.

Building a program is more than wins in losses in a lot of ways. If PC can keep him around, he will build a program. I agree in winning the district is a LONG LONG ways away.
