Tomcats haven't lost to a Kentucky squad; Boyd has shown flashes. Can the Lions stay within striking distance in this rivalry game?

IMO, Boyd will prove to be the 4th place team in our 5-team district. Rowan will be 3rd and Greenup will be 5th.

Tomcats by four TD's. because of the rivalry, the Lions will hang around for a little while.

Once again total domination by the Tomcats. The Lions are still a couple years from being competitive with the Cats again, but we faithfull will patiently wait.

I think the only hope Boyd has in this one is if it plays out like the Russell contest where Russell turned it over 5 times. Even then, it should be an easy win for Ashland. Hoping it's a spirited, but injury-free contest.

If I'm not mistaken, this game is homecoming for Boyd. I always wondered why you would pick a game you have very little shot at winning as homecoming. You have Magoffin in a couple of weeks. Better shot with them no doubt. Just curious.
