The camera went right to him and it was tough to laugh at that joke after seeing the look on his face.

I haven't seen Steve-O's face, but I can imagine and if I were him, I wouldn't have been pleased with it either.

I honestly don't think he was upset about her saying "we wish it was you." When I saw Steve-O's facial response, it appeared to me that he was still grieving his friend--that he was more upset that she brought up Dunn's death & then made light of it in whatever way. Too soon, they often say, & I would agree.
September 22, 201115 yr I was a bit upset to not see Lampinelli there. She usually has a few gross jokes that make me laugh. She said on Marc Maron's podcast this week that she's tired of doing them, which would explain why she didn't do this last one. I don't when she'll be back doing them again. I agree that she's outstanding and I hope she decides to come back.
