mcpapa Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Mason bent but didn't break on defense; stopped the Breds at least 4 or 5 times on downs. Good showing by the backup RBs for the Royals. Big confidence-booster. Always a pleasure sitting with beverlybubba and listening to him reminisce about Tennessee football back before World War I (okay, maybe not quite that long ago). Also enjoyed seeing former Royals and current G'town Tigers Neal Pawsat and Alex Newton.
Watusi Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Congrats to the Royals on a good win. Nice rebound after a week that came with bad news.
katbird Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Great job Royals!! Can't wait to make the trip down the AA next week.
bigblueinsanity Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Good win for Mason Co. Good team effort after losing Josh Harris.

Coach B always has his players in top physical condition. I think it showed last night. It was a mini Royals/GTown gathering for us last night. It was good to see you and your family too.
