Cool. I guess we see different games. I have been watching games for a lomg time and rarely have seen cheapshots. I see frustration and jawing Nd even the occasional fighting. Cheapshots? Rarely.

You have to understand the Western demographics to understand why they don't travel as well as you'd like to expect.

 

Western looks to be following the Central example in improving their program. They've played Male and Eastern, taken on Highlands....they take on Ballard next. They're trying to play the best competition they can. I say watch them....Coach Boyd is building something over at Wester.

 

I was just saying that I expected a bigger following for Western , since I had heard that they might be state title contenders. No harm intendid .

Thats's not the sign of a Great Team. It's the sign of a good coaching staff. Western is an up and coming program. The coaches did a great job of keeping them in the game mentally. They were just out classed this night. If they continue on this same path, they will be a program to be reckoned with in years to come.

Perhaps but you still have to lineup on the field. Looking for players and not being where you are suppose to be prior to a snap for a team ranked in the west is not good. At times it looked like a Chinese fire drill. Let's not to be to quick with praise.

True. All I'm saying is the kids played hard until the final horn. That's a tribute to the coaching staff. Western entered big boy land Friday night. They will get better.

Glad that Trinity took it easy on HHS in the scrimmage! Wow, how bad would this beating be in real season? Feel sorry for Cincy St. X. Recruiting is AWESOME this season. Hope Calipari can take a lesson from Beatty!!!
