Another Obama Failure

Featured Replies

Yeah, right. After the actions of the Bush and Obama administrations saved the economy from going into depression it is easy enough for those with a political agenda to say it wasn't going to happen. You are wrong. We would have lost GM, Chrysler and Ford without the strong actions of the Obama administration.

Maybe I am wrong, but I thought Ford did not accept any bailout.

They didn't.

If Obama had not bailed out GM and Chrysler, he would have been vilified for allowing people to lose their jobs by the same people that now hammer him for the bailouts.

Again, for the less informed.. The bailout did NOT save GM.. The bankruptcy did.

Every time I see this thread title, I think..."Another anti-Obama thread by cammando". :p

I would be anti-anyone who pulls this kind of crap on hard working Americans... Whats your take on this sham? Does it bother you in the least, or could you care less ?

Honestly, I haven't read any of this thread. I've been consumed with starting a new job, trying to figure out moving to another state, and now Shermageddon. :D I live a small life these days.

Other than the daily commute, your life seems pretty exciting to me right now..

Anyone who thinks this is a passing scandal is not going like where it goes.

This is going get very, very ugly.

"One of the company's largest investors, George B. Kaiser of Tulsa, reportedly contributed $53,500 personally and bundled large amounts more for Obama in 2008."

Definition of a bundler - here.

"That loan guarantee agreement negotiated on behalf of Solyndra was fast-tracked through approval by Obama Administration officials at the Department of Energy and "included the lowest interest of all the green projects" benefitting from DoE funding, according to ABC News. The guarantee also subordinated the taxpayer's credit position to private investors, like George Kaiser, should the company go bust. "

Half a Billion dollars of public money used for a business that was projected by government officials to go bankrupt in September of 2011 accroding to internal memos. And everyone - including a major political backer - gets paid - before the tax payer. Sweet deal - for George Kaiser.

It's funny that no one on the left seems to have a problem with these issues.. And there has been plenty of these crooked deals during Obamas raid on America, but a Sarah Palin thread will put them in a tizzy.. Really shows you where their priorities are..

You may want to bring yourself up to date on it, could end up an important story.
