Basketball season for 2011/2012 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Mason County? Remember, please be constructive.

Who will probably be the starters or main players for Mason Co. Not much has been on here since the regional tournament.

Mason County will be in the hunt, they always are!!

I would expect Mason traditionally being Mason that by the end of the year they will easily win their district and be a team that can make a run in the regional. Is Black going to play this year or just concentrate on football?

Tyler Black will be the "go to" guy this year but their success hinges on their guard play.

Agree, where are all the Mason Co posters.:idunno:Agree that they will make a run at the regional title. What do they need to improve? Not get beat in the semi-finals of the region....

I think Black and Prewitt will be the 2 top in the region.

Not sure I would put Black in the top two yet but in the top 10 for sure. I would probably go Prewitt and then Monroe from Pendleton as the top two in the preseason. Besides Black who else do they have coming back that got a lot of varsity minutes last year?

Will Josh Harris play or will he concentrate on football?

Who will be the projected starting 5? Anyone absolutely sure that Harris and Black are playing basketball?,have heard otherwise

One thing I've always admired about Mason County is the way some of their top athletes play multiple sports. In the past, Lofton, Grutza, etc. were all a big part of the football team. Looks like this year will be no different. Would like to know whether Harris will end up playing or not though.
