KHSAA website shows that GRC to host the 10th region tournament for 2010-2011. But, they also show Harrison as hosting last year and it was at Scott High. So, still not a 100% sure.

To be honest, Scott was supposed to host it in 2008 but due to the field not being ready, they traded years with Harrison so they could host it in 2009 and make the necessary modifications. To echo everyone elses statements, it was held at GRC last year.

The baseball field is about 2 1/2 - 3 miles SOUTH of the middle school on 27.

 

I am not sure about the dates and times yet but I am going to guess that it is going to be 4 games on Monday and then 2 games and then 1. The tough will be getting all the games in around graduations.

As far as I have been is the Middle School,isn't the high school football field in behind there? So does the baseball field have good parking,seating and concessions? Thanks for any help.

Yes the football field is behind the middle school.

Four first round games on Monday, May 30; semis on Wednesday; Finals on Thursday...though I think the semis should be on Tuesday and finals on Wednesday...the way it has rained this spring, I'm not sure why you would not try to finish the tournament in three straight days. That way, you could always push it back a day or two, if it does rain. I know Harrison County has graduation on Friday, the day after the finals are scheduled. Not sure about other schools graduation dates.
