District are you kidding me? JMO I believe you must not realize thirty years of coaching experience the 9th region is dealing with. All coaches and teams are good but sometimes experience prevails.

2years ago with the lone 3 seniors, that one faithful poster said would not be a big loss-if not-what happened last year

A pitcher could actually pitch 5 innings on Monday, 5 innings on Wednesday, and 5 innings on Friday. Can't imagine any coach doing that unless pitch count was bizarrely low, but I could certainly see someone pitching a couple innings in all three games.

 

Pitching limitations are same as regular season:

• 9 innings maximum in a single day
  
• 15 innings max in any 7 day period;
  
• 3-5 innings pitched requires one day rest, with "day" being the day following game pitched;
  
• 6 innings pitched requires 2 calendar days rest, with first day starting day following game pitched;
  
• 7 innings or more requires 3 calendar days rest.
  

Ultimately, you could get by with two very good pitchers, especially if your team gets up enough in a game that allows you to pull one of them early.

Could that be altered due to various graduations? I know weather can cause havoc in postseason baseball but lots of regions get rescheduled for school reasons. It might appear to be a day off between games but could turn into back-to-back games.

I'll take Boone just because of their 1-2 pitching combo with Teegarden and lauman...Probably the best one two punch in the region

I would agree that they're a good 1-2 combo. The only question is Teegarden's arm. Heard it's bothering him again.
