What has happened to the Colonels?

 

They seem like they haven't played consistently well in about 10 days. I wasn't at the game and don't know any details, so maybe there is a good explanation for the performance. I am concerned that their bats are struggling right now. They have several very nice pitchers but no dominate ace like in years past. It makes the inconsistency of the offensive a little more concerning. It's quite likely they will play Beechwood or Holy Cross in the opening game of the district.

 

Hopefully they can right the ship and get the bats going in time for the post season.

Let's HOPE this was the classic case of looking past an opponent. Great job by the Cru boys and staff to take down a huge rival in what's been a tough, tough season for them.

Said the same thing out loud when scrolling throw thread titles. It's these types of games that can sometimes set a team straight. CCH is too good for this bump to mess up their season. But, then again, stranger things have happened. What is their seed in the Districts? Who does it look like they are going to get !st round?
