He gave up one big hit in the third that counted for three of the five. Now Campbell pitcher's were touched for three homeruns and how many times did Beechwood leave bases loaded. Great game by both teams.

I thought he pitched well. Had a bad inning. One big hit, OK. There had to be runners on base to count three on one big hit. He did give up two more as well. I'm not taking anything away from the young man. Everyone knows he is a top notch pitcher. The Camels got to him last night for 5 runs. The Camels starter, second time on the mound as a varsity pitcher, he balked twice and walked 3. He's still learning. He held the Tigers to 3 runs through 3 innings. Brought in a sophomore to relieve him. The Camels had 11 earned runs on 15 hits, and had 2 errors. The Tigers, 10 runs, 8 earned, on 11 hits, no errors. Seems some are having trouble giving the Camels any credit.

I may be wrong here but I heard that Teegarden threw alot on Saturday and then came back and closed this game. It is pretty early in the season to be putting that kind of wear and tear on your ace's are for games that mean nothing.

Yep you're wrong. Teegarden did not pitch Saturday, he pitched Friday. Then only played a couple innings in the two games Saturday. So to come in and pitch one inning to close on Tuesday wasn't a problem for him.
