What a tough draw for Ryle if they hope to win it.

 

They have to beat Notre Dame in first round and then potentially NCC and then Boone Co. - Wow !

Girls final may be Sat or Sun, it is to be determined by the KHSAA. Will know tomorrow.

The way I heard and read it was that the Girls play Mon, Tue, Fri and Sun setting up the Girls and Boys finals both being played on Sunday. Based on that the Semis are Friday the 4th and the Finals are Sunday the 6th.

But the scenario is exactly the same as last year for the Ninth Region rep, lower bracket, 1:30 PM this year on Thursday versus Noon on Thursday last year. The time frame and spacing is exactly the same so, unless the KHSAA has a different perspective, I'd think the schedule as shown in the Enquirer would hold. But then again, who knows! As tog says guess we'll know for sure on Monday.

If they win out Shock they your predictions all yr long are right on. WOW!!!! Good Luck Ryle, pray that someone upsets BC in the first two rounds and NewCath misses the bus for 1st round and the "Head Band" girls forget their well Lucky Headbands. LOL

In all seriousness, good luck to the teams that have made it to the Region tourney as they have all worked extremely hard and have earned it.

Our girls are pretty resiliant, so here's hoping for the best. Whatever happens I know it will be a fun tournament.
