That would be nice. I can't remember any team shooting " Lights out" at BOK in the past 2 years.

 

What's you definition of "lights out"? very few games where a HS team shoots lights out in any gym.

 

I only watched one game there last year and it wasn't pretty. 2yrs ago, Ryle was done in the 1st round. Did you come back to watch the rest of the tourney? It's not what I consider "lights out", but BC shot fairly well at close to 50% (including 18-34) from the 3pt line. Not too bad considering they were not a very good team...they just got hot at the right time.

Lights out is the way Ryle shot at Simon-Kenton last month and the way Boone shot the other night. Have yet to see that type of shooting from any HS team at BOK. Hard to judge with the open background.

It will give them a good feel for the size of the floor, however, there's no local gym that can help adjust to the backdrop of BOK. I would be willing to bet NDA has a place to practice that comes close to BOK's backdrop...right paNDA?

 

In the past I could answer that CT but honestly I don't know if they have a practice site on a big floor. I would suspect they do but just not that close anymore.

Yep, I agree with you. It also doesn't help that it's one-n-done and a bit more pressure.

I bet they make a trip across the river. They would go to UC in the past but I think that is off limits now.

Boone certainly got a favorable draw. Three of the four best teams end up in the same brackett. Boone should be well rested come finals. Hopefully not at the top of the game, since the should be able to sleepwalk to the finals.
