My memory says not bad. My guess is that the majority were on forced passes to the cutters or the post.

 

Maschinot played well. Ran the team well. Had a nice bounce to his step tonight. Strong from the foul line.

Thelen was physically too strong for Setty. He was begging for his teammates to help.

First time seeing Setty in two years. Nice build on the kid and I'm sure SIU will get him even stronger. Nice stroke from the outside. He did appear to get tired though from the banging inside.

The good news is that on many of the possessions where there was a missed inside shot CCH got the rebound and scored.

 

I should also mention that Alex Connelly was money from 15 feet tonight. Foul trouble limited his minutes yet he still put up a lot on not many shots.

From what I've heard, he's been battling this since about Christmas. You couldn't tell it with the number's he's been putting up though. I'd love to see a Treg Setty at 100 percent.

Surprised it was this close with Mason being without Gilbert. Sorry to say but I think CCH is not looking to well for the upcoming tourneys.

 

Listened to the game on CCH Radio down in Lexington before the UK game (BTW, I really enjoy the CCH radio crew! MORE internet radio people need to take some pointers from them!). What is up with the CCH guards not being in a position to score? It seemed like Riedinger was only in for a few minutes? Am I mistaken on this? As good of a player and shooter he is and only getting 4 points and very limited minutes? Or did I just miss his name at times on the radio?

It appears MC is reeling and has not just injuries to battle. Wish them the best in the Tourney as they always seem to put it together and win the 10th. This might just not be their year.
