Have you ever attended an All-A Classic state title game?

 

Just out of curiosity what kind of attendance does the finals draw for the All-A? I have never attended myself.

I would like for you to attend the state title game this year and wait until the game is over. When the team and coaches are getting their picture made with the trophy, walk up to them and ask them if they consider it a REAL state championship trophy. Ask them in March if they feel like their season has been cheapened because they won the All-A state title but not the Sweet 16 title.

 

I get your point Scribe, but in the last 10 years I asked a coach who won the "A" state title, and then in the same year, won the region and was bounced from Rupp Arena in the first round which was the bigger thrill and he said winning the region to go to the Sweet 16. That cemented in my mind which is the bigger deal. It doesn't cheapen the "A" state championship. It just put it all in perspective for me.
