Isn't that the goal of every program throughout the state? When you go 12-2, it is difficult to replace some players who have graduated but a good program must do so. I think people will be surprised the type of players Ryle will put on the field next season. They lost a lot but they've got guys working every day (just as every other school), to step up and be the next big player at Ryle. I wouldn't worry if I were you.

 

I am not worried just like Ryle. SK will reload and try to dominate 6A!

Nope, Highlands dropped the first game to pickup Boyle but agreed to play the last game of the season as usually scheduled.

With the schedule that Ryle has put together I commend them but I also have some concerns scheduling so many of the Big Boys next yr.

 

If they indeed pickup Trinity, then when you add in Highlands and Colerain you are either nuts or crazy. JMO

 

Indeed it is a daunting task, but those schools do it all the time. They load up with some big non district names early on and see what they have. I agree its not favorable, but if you go into 1-2 or all 3 places and at least are competitive, then you have a realistic approach to the rest of the season and the areas you have to work on, to win the big one. I like it, it is taking the wow factor out of the boys heads when it comes late into the playoffs and Trinity runs 100 kids out. To beat the best you have to play the best. Is it crazy? Yes. It is nuts? Yes. Will Coach Warner have them ready? Yes.

 

Its a matter of time before someone goes down state and knocks off one of the powers. The way we (NKY) have been preparing to do it has not worked out as well as we would hope. Maybe thinking the way Ryle is will be a better approach.

This dude is overscheduling. No way in the world I schedule the Cincinnati's GCL and Indy Cathedral. These are national powers. Who is this coach and who does he think he is. The Cincy teams usually don't play more than one of the GCL, Colerain did two seasons ago and missed the playoffs because they couldn't get the wins.

The coach that made this schedule is Bob Beatty and he thinks he is a great coach and rightfully so. With what T has coming back, they are certainly not afraid to match up with the best teams in the Tri-State. I think you may be confused that the schedule shown is Trinity's schedule. The only heavy hitters on Ryle's schedule besides SK LOL!!! so far are Highlands and Colerain. Ryle is looking for one more game and I heard they were trying to hook up with Trinity but the off weeks do not match.

WOW; talk about a schedule.....That's definitely not one for the weak at heart. It's fair to say a schedule is monstrous when the weakest opponents are Louisville Male, Lou St. X, Manual, and Cincinnati Elder.
