^You would be correct, SK led 15-14 then Scott opened it up. Smith and Haynes are a given but Roberts is just as important for the Eagles. He didn't block a bunch of shots but the shots he alters physically and mentally really added up. Scott just flat outplayed SK, I almost got sick to my stomach watching them out hustle us.

 

It would be fair to say that Scott always out hustles teams. They may not win the game, but they always play hard.

Scott has played well in their only two games in January and both have been pretty big rivalry games. See if they can carry on with this momentum. Coach Carr's teams have traditionally been slow starters but always seem to be playing better as they go thru January.

 

Scott is a tough matchup for Simon Kenton and even moreso with Cody Chambers out and Nick Gray still recovering. Even with those two I don't know if SK has a answer for Scott's guard play but probably not a 17 point blowout. I can imagine Coach Steiner will be awfully glad to see Kellen Smith graduate as he always seems to have big games against SK. :banana:

Good job Scott, they came ready to play. As I said last week, they have better shot at the 10th title than they did last year

 

They have a very good team but they aren't getting by GRC...nobody is.
