Campbell County 61 Cooper 56

Featured Replies

Camels survive a poor shooting night and some key injuries to beat Cooper by 5. Josh Graff leaves in the 2nd quarter with a broken nose. And, Brady Kennedy fell into a Cooper player face first and was bloodied pretty bad. Kennedy came back in the game for a short time. Hope for quick recoveries for both.

Camels were led in scoring by Nate Losey with 25 and Nate McGovney with 12.

Losing Graff and Kennedy tonight, and Franzen still out from a football injury made the Camels dig in. Short handed and baskets not falling, the Camels toughed it out. Good job Camels pulling out the win.

Camels tough it out for a big win. Cooper is not as bad as record indicates.

Just saw a picture of Josh Graff's nose.. Looks incredibly painful. Hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Can someone please tell the Losey story. Sounds like a great player. I think I read where he didn't play last year? Why? What grade is he in? Would love for someone from CC to tell his story. Thanks.

Losey is making up for lost time. Nice win Camels.

Not much of a story. Did not want to play last year and decided to play this year. Nate is a senior. He is fun to watch I will say that.

"Mercurial" is a word I would describe the youngster's athletic career at CC.

Nice win for a short-handed CC team.

Losey continues to play well for the Camels. Can't wait to see him in person.

Don't know that I would agree. He has been pretty consistent and grounded other basketball last year.

I owe a big apology to young Mr. Losey. I had him confused with some other kid.
