Donovan McNabb Officially Benched for Rex Grossman

Featured Replies

I picture McNabb's buddies when they're talking to him and he tells he them he got benched for Rex F. Grossman.

I wonder how many times he has to tell them that , no, he's not lying.

All this makes me wonder why Palmer wasn't benched? McNabb has had a fair season I can't believe he was benched I don't remember seeing him throw 2 pick sixes.

Well, looks like McNabb won't be getting all of that money on that fresh new contract after all. Before the ink even dries, it looks like its already going to be void.

Donovan McNabb to the Bengals in the off season. Calling it now.

I'd take that.

Grossman 21-34, 279 yds, 4 tds So far today, I picked up Palmer instead of him.

I'd take that.

He just got replaced by Grossman, and Grossman actually has looked good today in that offense. I would take McNabb as a backup, however if people think Palmer is a problem. Then I don't know how people could think that McNabb would make things better. Washington will now be the second team in two years to get rid of him. The Bengals would be much better off keeping Palmer, and drafting a young QB than getting him IMO.

He has looked pretty good today. Maybe he was also a victim of just playing for a bad bears offensive system, like other Bears QB's have found out.

For some reason I think McNabb ends up with the Vikings next year.
