Wow...I gotta admit, I'm very surprised by this score. I know Stewart hurt his ankle and played hurt the rest of the game, but this loss has to be very disappointing for Birds' fans considering the way Manual has been beat by some other teams.

7th Region has some tough teams from top to bottom.

I didnt attend the game but did hear that Stewart came down on his ankle pretty bad and was carried off the court only to return later. This obviously hurt the Birds as he only had 9pts. I heard Crowley wasnt at 100% either and his point production was missed. Here is the box score. Birds will need to get back to business as they have the top team IMO in the Region on Tues in Dixie.

I think what "Walter" was saying was.. Eastern beat Manual by almost 50 and Ballard beat Manual by almost 40. Doesn't look too good for Highlands to be beat by 10 by a team that has been beaten that bad.

Did Crowley play? He had a decent game vs. St. Henry on Friday.

Manual was missing their leading scorer and rebounder Andre Gray.

HHS has a very short bench. They can not afford any injuries. If Stewart and / or Crowley miss time in games due to injury, HHS will really struggle.

I think there going to struggle no matter whos on the floor.
