Congrats to Dixie and Coach Chevy.

It was the Pike and Hatton show offensively for the Colonels....Pike dominating in the paint

and Hatton scoring from all over the floor.

The two of them combine for 52 points

Stansberry did an excellent job of shutting down McGovney on the night.

Trammel didn't play the first half but came in the second half and was key in putting the clamps on a red hot Losey.

The Dixie D and Pike in the paint were the keys in the second half of this one.

Both teams showed great intensity and I expect the Camels to have a really nice year.

Hassel, Cohorn and Hatton did the job in the first half with Trammel taking over responsibilities in the 2nd half.

They were trying to shut down Losey...the kid was on fire.

Heard Zeke absolutely dominated last night. A buddy of mine at the game said nobody from CC could stop him and he pretty much did what he wanted.

Looking forward to seeing Dixie this year.

He had the A+ game going....should be interesting against Geisler Thursday.

Unfortunately, McGovney's minutes were very limited due to foul trouble.

It also does not help that Franzen (Joe) is out still with an injury which occurred during football season.

He was on the floor 80% of the game...I only recall him sitting a short period before half, due to fouls.

You will need to re-calculate. He was on the floor less than 50%. He was on the bench due to fouls most of the 2nd and 3rd quarter.

I disagree....I'll stick to my original figure. You may want to add the 1st and 4th quarters to your calculation.

He's an excellent player who didn't have a good night. No reason to act like it was because he wasn't on the floor.

I was at the game and will have to agree with Solomon. I believe he was on the floor much more than what you are stating.

Congratulations Colonels. Great game for all the Colonels, especially Pike and Hatton.

Not even going to argue this one....wrong. About 50%-60% of the game. No one is being defensive, just get the facts straight if you are going to comment about them. He had an off game, good defense by Dixie and foul trouble probably played a part.

I have to go with afi100guy. He sat a great deal. He did have an off night, that could be a product of the Dixie defense. He did set much of the game though. I was there as well.
